As a Christian church we long for our members and those who attend our services to be reading the Bible on their own regularly. This is the primary sort of reading that will grow Christians to maturity. 

In addition to the Bible it is also good to be reading good christian literature that helps us better understand the Bible and what it teaches about Jesus Christ. 

Ideally we would have a book table at church where good resources could be made available, but sadly that is unlikely in the current climate.
